Licensed Professional Work
When a project requires a licensed architect, professional engineer or other licensed professional sign-off, certification, sealed document, inspection or professional opinion, that work must be performed by or coordinated with the appropriate licensed professional. Where applicable, certain work may be coordinated under the direct supervision of Rolando Roque Mesa, P.E., Florida License No. 68592.
